Ar. Wadhwa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.ARCH) from the Institute of Civil Engineers (ICE) in India, completed in 2011. Further enhancing his qualifications, he earned a Master’s in Project Management, equipping him with the skills necessary to oversee complex projects effectively. His commitment to the industry is also reflected in his status as a fellow member of the Institute of Civil Engineers of India.

Additionally, Mrs. Gitika earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) from Delhi University, a foundation that has supported her rise in the finance industry.

With a robust 7-year career across various organizations, Mrs. Gitika has consistently showcased her exceptional ability to manage complex financial operations. Her experience spans the entire spectrum of financial accounting, including the management of collections, procurement processes, receivables, and deposits.

Rahul holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from MDU University, completed in 2013. His technical foundation in civil engineering equips him with a unique perspective to address the challenges of real estate development.
